We strive to provide up-to-date, quality CPE course materials. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a course, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
Please note: If the course has been completed and an exam submitted, no refunds will be given.

You may return a downloadable PDF course by calling our Customer Service department at 800-627-7310 during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00 central time to arrange a refund. Alternatively you may email Customer Service at customerservice@accountantsed.com and request a refund.
If you want to return a course after 30 days from the date of purchase, you may exchange the course for any other course of equal value. Return the course to our Return Department with a note indicating which course you would like in exchange for the returned course. Call our Customer Service department for help exchanging a PDF course.
After six months from the date of purchase, a course will not be acceptable for CPE credit. If you have a course that is more than six months old from the date of purchase, call us at 800-627-7310. You may receive a current version of the course for a $30 restocking fee.
